How do I login to Online Banking for the first time?

If your are logging in for the first time since conversion, please use your old login id and the last four digits of your social security number as the password. Once you are in, the system will prompt you to enter your email address two times. Once you agree to the terms and conditions, your account page will appear. At this time, you may go to "preferences" and change your password to something other that the last four digits of your social security number.

To login, just enter your Account Number and Password in the login form on the left hand column of any SperryMarineFCU.com page.

Please Note: After October 3rd, your login will change. Your userid will be your "core" account number. This number is derived by removing any leading zeros from your current number, and removing the last two zeros.

For example, if your current account number is 0123400, the use rid will be 1234. Your password will be the last four digits of your social security number. After you login we recommend you change your password by clicking the 'preferences' link on the top menu, then click the 'change password' button and follow the onscreen instructions.

Can I pay my bills online?

Electronic Bill Payment (EBP) is available with our On-Line Banking Service through Mid Atlantic Corporate Federal Credit Union. This allows you to pay bills to anyone, anytime. You can schedule future and recurring payments. And because the funds are deducted directly from your credit union account, they never have to write a check or lick a stamp. If you're already a member of SMFCU Online Banking and would like to use the bill pay feature, click HERE to apply for the Bill Pay program.

BILL PAY RESEARCH DATABASE

Members can access the research site by using their bill payment User ID for both the User Name and Password. Example: if a member's bill pay User ID is 902181234 then his/her User Name and Password on the research site is 902181234. The system will require a Password change after the initial login. NOTE: Members can access the research site as soon as they receive their enrollment confirmation

(A) Bill Inquiry tab allows the member to view his/her payments that have been processed. It only shows his/her payments unlike the way the credit union sees all of the members' payments. Members can research detail for each bill such as processed date, clear date, method of payment (check or electronic), etc. They can also obtain FREE, printable check images for payments that have cleared.

(B) Change Password tab allows the member to change his/her research site password at any time.
